Hi! I’m Lindsay.

Owner and designer here at STEMS. I am passionate about people and their ties to nature. As a formally trained Cultural Anthropologist, I learned the importance of florals and how intertwined they are to our humanity.

I have been cultivating my passion for flowers for decades, starting by gardening with my father at an early age. We grew dozens of varietals of roses, bougainvilleas, as well as vegetables, into intricate gardens inspired by color and texture.

I specialize in luxury floral design. STEMS is a full-service studio, born out my experiences in designing large scale events, funeral work, and garden design since 2013. I continue to learn techniques that best serve the client and show the professional work our studio to create our one-of-a-kind floral story.

Bringing intentionality through the study of various cultural practices in floral arranging, my favorite styles revolve around Ikebana, garden design, & burial rights.
